This Floating island Retreat is a combo of Sculpt, Mesh and Prim aimed to save on Land Impact without sacrificing beauty. It is approximately 20 Meters across.
It is Copy/Mod. Here are a few tips for success.
- Sit animations are more reliable with your AO OFF.

The actual treehouse is 14 LI on Solid parts with 15 LI in Phantom parts.
******- Use the rezzer to rez the island and treehouse. Point and shoot. Make sure you grab both solid and phantom parts of the treehouse at once before resizing. I grab the Outer part of the stair railing and then a tree branch. Move the rezzer to position the items. You can delete it after or leave it and make it transparent. The Freeze option will delete the rezzer scripts in the build. *****
- Do not link phantom parts to solid or you suddenly won't be able to walk up your stairs.
- Do not change convex hulls to prims or your land impact will sky rocket.
The landscaping items are less fussy to play with. Go nuts.
