This is a easy to use 3 prim stall with add a manager option and split income if needed, it has a built in rent script so no need for a rent box. you simply eddit the settings note card and info note card and off you go renting out stalls.
Its a copy stall so you could set up your own market place with ease and its only 3 prims.
The stall features a group invite for tenants once payed so great if a group tag is needed for rezing this is secure as only payed tenants get this option from their menu. Rent low ims sent to tenant and a tp offer to top up rent. All rent info is imed to the owner and manager if one is added.

NOT WORTH IT
Since it is mod I assumed I could take the script out and put it in my own prim to make a nicer display. You CAN'T. Whatever prim you put the script it changed the texture of that prim to an ugly sign texture. And there is no way to turn off that unsightly hover text.
