- 16 LI / 20 prims - 20 x 24 metres footprint - modify & copy permissions
A DEMO version is available - please click GET THE DEMO under the PAY NOW button to go to its listing.
This is a low prim store building with a lot of nice detail with red brick walls, white window and door frames, and a light maple wood floor. The floaty type stairs allow an uncluttered view of the interior and the windows and skylights in the roof give an airy and bright feel to the store.
The store comes with modify and copy permissions.
It has a footprint of 20 x 24 metres (including the front stairs - 20 x 20 metres without).
Land costs are 20 prims 16 LI (17 prims 13 LI without the optional front stairs and logo board)
The store comes supplied in a rez box for easy set-up of its 5 parts component parts, for ease of modification and to minimise land impact costs.
The door part of the front of the store is walk-through - but you may like the illusion of the doors opening - so... clicking anywhere near the front doors and the white door bars will turn temporarily invisible. You can alter this setting - instructions provided.
You are welcome to visit my inworld shop to see my other work - you won't find the store there on display as it is too large to show there - but please consider getting the DEMO if you interested.
Emma :)
P.S. And I'd love your review if you like the shop - thank you!

Elegant combination of commercial and residential and a bargain in every sense.
Originally, I purchased this because I needed an inexpensive brick shop as a backdrop for some product pictures. I didn't realize that I was going to fall in love with the building and decide to not only use the bottom floor as a shop but that I was going to put an apartment upstairs.
This build is beautifully textured, elegant in its simplicity, and very, very easy on your prim budget.
I loved decorating this building: http://i.imgur.com/VQMeU.jpg
