The ninth house in the Concrete & Glass Series. This house was designed to still provide space and luxury, but to fit on a smaller plot of 32x32m.
This house has a pool and patio space outside, with big glass doors opening up onto the patio and pool. It has 3 floors, the ground floor is a big open-plan space for a kitchen, living room and dining space, the first floor has a bedroom with en-suite, a private balcony as well as another room which can be used for anything. The second floor contains the 2nd bedroom, which is big and spacious, with an en-suite as well as a built-in wardrobe space and a private balcony.
