The eighth house in the Concrete & Glass Series. This house is slightly smaller for those who are looking for something a bit more cosy. It has one bedroom, en-suite with a space provided for a walk-in closet. The bedroom also has a balcony, with access from the landing as well as the bathroom.
On ground level there is double doors leading into the house, with big sliding glass doors leading to the pool and patio (3 doors in total). Although not as big as some of the other houses in the C&G Series, the living space downstairs are spacious, including a patio at the back of the house as well.
