The seventh house in the Concrete & Glass Series. This house has 2 separate sections, connected via a walkway on the second floor and an outside roofed walkway on ground level. One part has 3 levels and the other part has 2 levels. A big square swimming pool is between the 2 sections.
There is a huge open living space from the patio entrance front door, with a big window/door lifting up right next to the pool. On the other side of the pool there is another huge room with all windows lifting up, bringing the outdoors inside.
Stairs lead up to the second floor with a big bedroom, en-suite bathroom and private balcony on either side. One side has another big open space that can be used for anything. Further stairs lead up to the third level, where you walk past a big and beautiful waterfall to reach the bedroom door on the left, continue down the spacious hallway and find another spacious area with surrounding windows to give full views. This is the main bedroom on the 3rd floor. It has a built-in space for a walk-in wardrobe as well as a big en-suite bathroom space. The bedroom has a private balcony sitting between the 2 sections of the house, overlooking the pool to one side and whatever beautiful landscaping you will create towards the other side.
This house has 3 en-suite bedrooms in total, each with their own private balcony area and oodles of space on each level.
There are 360 views with big panoramic windows.
