!! F&M !! The Forest Treehouse [boxed]

A nice treehouse that look well for a elf forest as much as it fits well in a contemporary natural environment.
The first floor is reached by using a rope (scripted), the doors are menu driven and can be locked, the windows can be covered by a privacy ivy menu controlled.
