Minimalistic design commercial type modern building perfectly suited for store and gallery owners. Well... you can always make a fancy home with it - it's easy to decorate, since it has open areas and it is highly scenic, to take interior pictures. It has two floors and plenty of space. This building features large curved wall at the entrance, different concrete patterns and large windows with metal structure. There are several rooms in the building allowing you to create separated areas.

DOOR MANUAL: By default doors are set free access for everyone and auto close after 5 sec. If you need to change door settings here is an instruction on how to do it.
- click and slide your mouse over the door (mouse needs to touch at least 15% of the door prim)
- when menu pops up select if access is allowed to everyone, to owner, to a SL group (the one set to the door in Edit/General tab/ Group)
- Check the other menu options for opening movement, auto-close time etc.
- Click the button [FINISH] when terminated.
Optional - you can edit the note card inside door "-My door access list" and add the names after "AllowedAvats = ".
