everyone asks for bigger and lower prim..
so here it is, a 3.5 floor 40x40 build with fireplaces, lights, plants and rugs totaling only 284 prim!
the lights,plants, fireplaces and rugs are not linked to the building so you can move them or delete them. the building alone is only 286 prim.
first floor. 4 big rooms with a patio in the front on each side.
second floor is 4 big rooms with 2 of them separated by a working curtain, this makes the space pretty big and it could be used for many things.
third floor is 2 huge suites with big open patio areas for each.
there are stairs leading to the top where you have the whole top to do whatever you wish.
Lights are on/off by touch
Curtains open/close on touch
Fire is on/off by touch and by editing the logs and looking in the contents you will see the settings note card where you can make changes.
Materials:
- parts in this build use the new materials textures (normal and specular maps). These result in a much more realistic and viewing experience.
**To see the effects you must have the "Advanced Lighting Model" box checked in Preferences>Graphics Tab

Spectacular Builder
After visiting several large building sites ,and finding multiple flaws in all there designs, I was delighted and over joyed to find a place where flaws were non existent I would Highly recommend his builds to everyone.
