BIG LETTERS AT THE VERY TOP TO MAKE THINGS VERY CLEAR: The pack includes bonus objects IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PERM ONES. The bonus objects ARE NOT FULL PERM and you can ask for a package without them for the same price if you only want the building blocks -- the extras are free.

Who needs more than 1 side on an object anyway? Edges are also of debatable use.

This pack contains full permission non-orientable shapes: 2 styles of Möbius (Moebius) strips, a very classic Klein bottle and 2 variants of a real projective plane. Note Klein bottles and real projective planes are impossible in 3 dimensions without intersecting themselves, so as a compromise they do just that.

If none of that made any sense, don't worry about it, they're pretty mathematical objects and you can build and decorate with them. The pack also includes +mod+copy-trans versions with built-in texture animation and motion effects, so you can get something extra shiny and decorative straight outta the pack.

Full-perm models, 1 LI at default size:
- Möbius strip, trefoil knot shape
- Möbius strip, 3 half twists
- Klein bottle, classic style
- Real projective plane, Roman surface (a.k.a. Steiner's Roman surface)
- Real projective plane, Boy's surface

Scripted (+mod+copy-trans, scripts only +copy) decorative "plasma" versions of all above, 1 LI.

Bonus ideas (+mod+copy-trans) of Möbius strip, Klein bottle and Roman surface, varying LI.

PLEASE NOTE: Second Life's graphics engine does not like non-orientable shapes. Using transparent textures that have more than one color *will cause color glitches* while looking through the objects, as the engine does not quite know how to handle them. Single-color transparent textures that have *varying alpha channel for detail* are perfectly fine as used on the pre-packaged objects, as are normal non-transparent textures. Using full-bright may help. You can make colorful objects by combining copies that have differently colored textures, see the "Rainbow Road" demo object that is included.

Terms of full-perm use: Not for direct resale. If you use them as parts of your builds you sell, do not include them with full permissions.

  • Non-orientable shapes: Moebius strips, a Klein bottle and real projective planes
  • Full permissions for building whatever you like
  • Also includes scripted +M+C-T versions with effects
  • Would look better on a 4-dimensional screen but I tried my best
  • Basically abstract art

Always love the little doodads that pop up on Frios store. Reasonably priced, colorful, very nice decorations for an apartment :)

Very nice, but the items scripts are not full perm or at least transfer copy.
