Furious AutoText is a simple HUD that automatically displays specific text when you sit on an object or vehicle. It's great for automatically showing the list of control keys or chat commands for cars, planes, boats and more.
The script is able to read from its config notecard very quickly, usually within 1 second, so the customary long waits for notecard reading are not an issue here. This design means that the HUD is able to handle very large amounts of data without running into memory issues or "stack heap" errors, so go nuts and add all of your vehicles!
How to use
Touch the HUD to switch it on and off. While the HUD is active, it will automatically show any matching text from the notecard inside when you sit on a matching object or vehicle. When stand again, the text disappears.
How to configure
All of the text displayed by Furious AutoText is stored in the "Furious AutoText Data" notecard inside the HUD's contents. To add your own text, edit the notecard like so:
[My Cool Vehicle]
This is the text
that will display for
this vehicle. Nice!
[Another vehicle]
This text will be
shown when I sit
on this vehicle.
.. etc.
You can add as many vehicle entries as you like!
