1. Introduction

Modeled after the ingame sprites and sounds from classic Doom, this weapon is ready to spit out a volley of death-dealing or possibly nostalgia-dealing rockets! Geckonaut Gadgets weapons are not meant to be hyper-realistic, and are instead designed with more of a sci-fi, comicbook, and even video game feel to them. They are designed to be fun to fire and easy to mod. They are not designed to excel at capturing or pushing avatars. Though in this case, the newly added Rocket Jumping feature will excel at pushing your own avatar!

I hope you have as much fun using this weapon as I did making it!

3. Features

* ROCKET JUMPING
Enabled by default, the rocket jumping feature allows you to blast yourself sky-high by firing rockets at your feet! Also try firing them downward at a 45 degree angle while running forward. The rocket jumping feature can be disabled by clicking the weapon to bring up the standard SL dialog menu, and clicking the "R. Jump" button.

* Fully Scripted
Go into mouselook and fire rockets everywhere!

* Fully Meshed and Properly UV Mapped
This weapon is all mesh except for an invisible particle emitter prim, and a standard cube prim for the customizable logo. The UV Mapping results in only 2 textures being used on the weapon, and 1 on the projectile, plus particle textures.

* Mod permission granted
The scripts are no mod, but errythang else is!

* Special Effects
Particle effects when rocket is fired.
"Expanding Sphere" prim explosion, as well as more particles.
Sound effects!

* Customizable logo
On the sides of the Doom Rocket Launcher there is, at default, a small image of the rocket projectile. This image can be easily changed to whatever you want. These images sit on a single, standard cube prim, and are just waiting for you to slap your own little logo or picture onto there!

* Smart Projectiles
Rockets self destruct when travelling into no-object land.

* Mouselook/Animation Control Checks
The weapon auto-checks for lost mouselook controls and holding animation every 15 seconds.

4. Updates

Product updates are now handled through the CasperVend system. This means the weapon no longer checks for a new version whenever you equip it. Any and all new versions of this product that are released will be offered to customers who bought previous versions, free of charge.
