We pulled out all the stops on this home. It took over 600 man-hours and many thousands of Lindens in upload fees. Was it worth it? Well...
This is a very large home. Living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, laundry room, large garage, bathrooms, large veranda, bar, koi pond (with koi), fully functional fireplace, working wall lights and lamps, and Golden Girls accurate furniture.
Golden Gals, of course, features our Flip-Floors© in every room. Just touch the floor and it switches from one to another. One side is Golden Girls correct, and the flip side something our team picked. The entire house is copy/mod so feel more than free to do it up your way.
Photos hardly does this home justice. It is best seen inworld on our holodeck. Was it worth it? You be the judge.
Note- because of its size and LI impact, this home requires a 4096 parcel or larger. Like all homes, it will rez in a skybox easily, but the foundation is 6m deep and it will also rez on hilly and uneven terrain.
The LI as delivered is 1183. A 4096 parcel comes with 1406 prims. Although this home is furnished and landscaped, you still have 223 prims left over for your own decorating. There are things included in the delivered home that you may decide to replace or delete altogether. Have fun!

I love it!!
My lady friends and I meet each week to chat and catch up on things. We sit out on the Lanai and it feels like we are in the real golden girls home! My one friend says she is expecting Ma to come out and join us! Its a fun house with lots of surprises! I may keep it the golden girls theme for a while then turn in into my own Florida resort Bed and breakfast perhaps? So many possibilities with this one. Thanks Cooter for making the price "just right " for my budget!

I bought this for my other half in sl, she loves it as well as I! She didn't want to keep the gg theme and decided to deco it her own way and now we have a lovely Florida setting Home with plenty of room to entertain our guests. A lot of work went into this ,working lights, fireplace the flip floor's ( Wife Love's them) and the adorable garage back door alarm that honks like a antique car! Lots of surprises! Hold and cold water, working faucets, windows open/close and some are tinted. French doors all around and more! I would recommend this house and its a good price for all you get!!
