Many people in SL have asked me for the Rose Theatre, but its too large and complex to sell so this is my more pratical option for those that want the detail and regal feel of the Rose Theatre.

Great build!
I was really searching for a classy jazz club prefab and none of the ones i saw on the marketplace was really what i wanted i just happened to have a neighbor who had a simular prefab (the theatre) and so i remembered this and looked it up and bought it. works perfectly and it fits just well enough on my land. the Only downside and ill not remove a star for it. the rezzer rezzes the build a tad too far away from the rezzer itself. i actually had to move the rezzer outside of of my land area to set it properly
but other then that it is great :-). nice little bonus that it comes with some copiable tables and chairs!
Beautiful
After viewing quite a few buildings in SL, this is the one I kept coming back to. The textures are stunning, the rez was flawless and I love the overall feeling of this spacious build. Thank you Kaya. It is apparent that a lot of thought, caring and time go into your builds.
