The Hiller UH-12 (also called OH-23 Raven) was a lightweight widely used single engine helicopter.
The model sold here is a civilian version used to lift crates and bring them to unaccessible areas.
It is easy to fly, crosses sims like a breeze (provided you are not carrying a ton of scripts), and provides hours of enjoyment in exploring the grid.

The crane system is easy to use, both with HUD commands and chat commands.

The Hiller UH-12 features:
A full mesh body
Low lag scripts for easy sim crossing
Realistic easy flight system.
Detailed hud and detailed interiors.
Particle effects when close to the ground or water

The heli seats two, and it can be set to be flown by the owner, a group guest, or anyone.

Fantastic Heli
full star full star full star full star full star Posted July 02, 2016 by Nikki Flirt

This is a great 2 seat heli. It's pretty easy to master the controls, and has good visibility in mouse look for landing. The general flight behaviour is good, although side slip can feel a bit fast at times, but it's not enough to be a problem.
Sim crossings are stable, even with a passenger (both of us were wearing mesh bodies, hands, feet, hair, clothing, and a few accessories too).
It's also a nicely detailed model, without being excessive (keeps the prims/Li nice and low).
Rezzing the crate requires you to be on the ground, and that's SL ground, not a prim, which is kind of a shame, but again, it's not enough to be a problem. I still give it a 5 star rating.
More great work from the Stormo factory :]
