IKONIK METROPOLITAN POLICE PRECINCT

First off, the map location and store location are not available so you can not test/demo the product like the description says you can. I've demoed it once before, but now for some reason it's unavailable. If you search for other items you can find a rez box at a place that looks like it use to be the store but it doesn't rez any of the items.
Secondly, after purchasing the product (22USD mind you) I had a HELL of a time rezzing it with the rez box. The product does not have any warning of where it's going to rez. It rezzes about 10-20m away from the rezbox with the building facing the inward direction. Because the building has an underground area and is so far away from the box you have to rez it in the sky and in the middle of your sim. If you do not, all the pieces of the building will not rez correctly.
Thirdly, after you finally get the box to rez all the pieces you'll be left with a breakroom that doesn't rez all the pieces. I've tried rezzing this 3 times after getting it where it needed to be and not counting the 3 times before that when trying to figure out how to rez it.
Fourthly, once you FINNALLY get it where you're happy in your sim and it's all out and you deal with the break room not fully rezzing and some missing door knobs. You get to a non-functioning elevator. It states "find setup controller," or somehting liek that and there is NO controller, no setup, no way to click to get the elevator to work. I've bought IKONIK's products before and had a working elevator before so I know how it's suppose to work, and trust it is not working with this build.

As a fan of IKONIK I'm very disappointed in this build. The only reason I'm rating it as highly as I am with 3 stars is because the building is highly detailed, multi-functional, and despite all these mistakes you can still find work arounds and use the building as intended so it's not all bad. I do love the textures, signs, attention to detail and the scripts in the doors i a nice touch!
