This product is low land impact. Land impact depends on size, but is around 3 in most situations (its 3 prims for 6m x 3m). If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

Would love a larger version
A wonderful little balcony. I had to stretch it a lot to make it fit my build though, it would be nice if there was a version with about 3 times the footprint so it wouldn't have to look quite so squished. but it's still an improvement over what I had.

I buy so many of ICA's products that I wouldn't have time to do any building if I sat and reviewed them all! ..... Let me just say that if you buy one of ICA's creations - you will NOT be disappointed. Land impact is always very very good - texturing is excellent and the mesh is faultless.
Excellent and very pleasant item
I used it for the purpose of a balcony on one side of one of my temples and it looks lovely. Easy to work on it and all is there for a nice complement to a build. Good quality work.
