Icaland - Mansion 2
Icaland - Mansion 2 is inspired by Parque Lage Mansion. Located at the bottom of Corcovado mountain where the Christ the Redeemer statue overlooks Rio de Janeiro, Parque Lage is one of the city's most architecturally renowned sites. The Mario Vodrel-designed mansion was once the residence of industrialist Enrique Lage, who purchased the land in the 1920s.. It conatins around 30 rooms not including bathrooms and closets.
Land impact is aprox 4300 prims for Dim: 87m x 108m (if resized land impact may vary).

Well crafted masterpiece
I dont know where to start, the build is nothing short of amazing. yes the prim count is heavy ( lower LOD version included would be welcomed :) ) however the design just keeps surprising, from the beautiful made library, to the maze of rooms underneath, this build is utiliterian and worth every linden you pay for it. In it's current state definitely needs a quarter sim , if that is too large for you check out the other builds from this maker, from what I have seen they are made to the same level of perfection. last but not least, creator himself is responsive to IM's, even during his vacation, in shining contrast to the attitude of far too many vendors in SL. Go visit the demo, the pictures do not do it justice.
