Icaland - Mansion 3 is heavily inspired by Jeffersons Monticello Mansion. Monticello was the primary plantation of Thomas Jefferson, a Founding Father, author of the Declaration of Independence, and the third president of the United States, who began designing Monticello after inheriting land from his father at age 14.
Jefferson designed the main house using neoclassical design principles pioneered by Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio and reworking the design through much of his presidency to include design elements popular in late 18th-century Europe and integrating numerous ideas of his own.
It conatins 20+ rooms not including bathrooms and closets.
Land impact is aprox 1500 prims for Dim: 55m x 56m (if resized land impact may vary).

Beautiful Recreation
This is a beautiful recreation of the historic house, Monticello. I wish there could be a lower prim version though... I've tried resizing the house (very difficult, multiple pieces including light probes for the PBR things). The doors also seem to mess up when resized and I can't fix them. Maybe a smaller version could be developed that uses less prims and is not quite as large! I was really hoping to be able to resize it and lower the huge prim count (you need either a massive mainland parcel or a homestead or sim of your own to have this at full size). Unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to use this as I had hoped :(
