Finally listing this industrial loft (skybox), it's most serious thing I'm about to release, don't know about the price yet, consider this as a promo, as this evolves, it will be definitely bigger. I've some additional stuff planned for this loft, but I want to release it early, to get some feedback and maybe consider your suggestions, I guess that's how it works these days... But to the point - I really want your feedback, so feel free to write me!
UPDATE: working towards releasing version 1.1, experimenting with textures and lighting to make will look even better, so far it goes swell. Also I do plan to add lighting scrips, not really happy with bought ones, so I guess, I'll have to write my own, might take some time...
This industrial loft skybox is ~24 X 7 X 16 meters, I've managed to push it down to 35 Prims land impact, but since it comes with modify permission, you can scale it up or down depending on your needs, in the future I might release different sized versions(so it's has correct door aspect ratio and so on), if you have something in mind, send me IM in-world.

Looks great but textures are weird
Can't really retexture it. One wall and the floor is a single face. The ceiling and another wall is a face. The pillars and the windows are the same face. Not a problem if you intend to use it as-is but if you think it looks bland and want to texture it yourself, you might want to buy something else.
Nice detail
I bought this awhile ago and used it as an art studio until just recently. The textures are very detailed . I did have a little trouble with rezzing items out onto the floor but I solved that issue by rezzing the item outside then dragging inside . Very spacious build, would definitely reccomend.

Great, but maybe the issue is it is at 2500m?
I love the look of this building, and have it rezzed and placed at 2500m over my land. It looks great, is low prim, and has lots of room, even if the one interior room is very small though. However, for some reason, I cannot rez anything on the floor of this building. I get SL's cannot rez because the land owner does not allow it message when I do. And I am the land owner. And I am wearing my land's group tag as well. I have to use build then click where I want a box to go, and then rez anything on TOP of that box. Or, rez it on the teleporter that is used to get to the building from the mainland. Very weird, and the land people cannot really help me as they do not know why it is happening either. Good build, looks nice, but this is a weird thing I have never encountered before in SL.
