Infinity Industries Chair Lift System

Add a guided tour chair lift to your scenic build, or snow capped mountain :)

The system is designed to help automate some of the process of creating a cable car style chair lift ride.
It avoids the need to write notecards of coordinates, as it saves its own route by simply clicking the marker flags along the cable.

A chair lift route consists :
1 Base Station
Up to 20 Towers
1 Summit Station

Two tower types are provided :
- a single upright tower, for when the route is fairly straight.
- a twin upright tower that turns the cable through 45 degrees, for making sharper turns in your route.

The arms on each tower automatically align when paired to the next tower, and the cable automatically links up.

Towers can be from 10 metres apart up to 60 metres apart, and towers can be adjusted for height to suit your terrain.

Other details and options :
set your own quantity of chairs
chair safety bar auto raises and lowers at stations
avatars auto un-sit at station arrival
turn the power on and off control
change the Sound Volume
change the Chair Speed
delete all the chairs on that channel
clear the route, ready to setup a new one
Re-Space Chairs : fixes if the chairs got lagged and are not equal space apart

Notes :
- While some of the process is script automated, installation of a chair lift into your land will require a moderate amount of SL building experience to place your towers effectively in your landscape.
- This system will NOT cross region borders - the route must all be in the same region, and on land you have build rights for.
- Towers can have adjusted height, but you can not otherwise re-size working parts of stations or towers, as this will cause errors.
- Do not link any parts of the system to anything else.

CHANNELS :
If you want to use more than one chair lift route in the same region, change the Channel.
The Channel is a letter in the Description field of the Stations and Towers.
The default channel is A.
So if you want to create a second route, change it to a B or C etc.

Continuous operation showed that lag could sometimes delay a chair.
To maintain equal spacing between chairs over long term, I have revised the chair code.
Every 50 'laps' of the cable, the chairs will automatically re-space equally.
Also added an option in the Base Station menu to re-space chairs on demand.
In this update the only part that actually changed is the Base Station.
Towers and Summit Station v1.1 or above will operate with Base Station v1.3.
