Instant Garden Forgotten Cottage Pond With Multiple Interactive Accessories

Forgotten Cottage Pond Instant Garden is an enchanting environment with multiple interactive features, including a charming sculpted cottage. Giant katsura trees with falling leaves form a canopy and surround the pond, and swirling katsura leaves on the water and butterflies add to the beauty. Lots of little jumping fishies fill the pond, and water plants and lovely flowers surround it.
The pond & cottage are not too "forgotten" as there is a lovely partially furnished sculpted cottage and various niches placed througout the forest for sitting.
The sitting nooks (deck, cave, bench, pond poses) have multiple animations for couples, singles, and groups.
The sitting nooks also rez accessories such as campfires, patio burners, candles, sound, weather, and food/drink.

* The garden moves as one piece the same way a large house with many linked sections does (rez-faux packaging system), and is perfect for any parcel of land 4096 or larger in size (can be used on a sky platform too).

The garden is very lush, and the cottage is highly detailed, yet they use only 201 prims.
Copyable and modifiable (except for some sculpted trees).
You can move things around and modify it if desired (all plants can be moved around easily, and you can change the cottage floor textures for example).
You can also delete everything if you'd like to do something else with your land temporarily, and then easily rez the garden again at a later time.
