Luna Fatale Creations Interactive Animated Chalkboard uses your notecards and the board's animations to interact with each other while involving you in making a realistic presentation. I believe this is unique among presentation boards.

■ SIMPLE OPERATION
To begin using the chalkboard immediately:
▶ Sit on the board.
If a notecard was left partially written then progress will start from where the writing left off; otherwise writing begins at the next notecard.
You may start at the beginning anytime by pressing the "Start Over" button.
✔ Note: This is an example or your animation choice interacting with the board.
▶ When the board completes writing the notecard your avatar will move from the writing animation to the lecture / presentation animation.
✔ Note: This is an example of the board interacting with your avatar.
▶ When you feel that the board has been displayed long enough; when you are done presenting, press the "Erase Board" button. Your avatar will begin to erase the board. When the board is completely erased your avatar will begin writing the next board. If there are no more boards to draw your avatar stands.
✔ Note: This is an example of both your animation choice interacting with the board and the board, in turn, interacting with your avatar.
That's how easy it is!

■ HOLDING and PICKING UP PROPS
Appropriate props for the animation you choose (or are placed in via the interaction) are either placed in your hand or available for you to pick up. There is no longer any requirement to clutter up your inventory and expend the extra effort of pushing a button to get the props folder sent to you and then wearing/adding the props individually.
▶ The most desirable props will be placed in your hand for you
▶ Optional props will be rezzed and available to pick up by touching them
✔ So if you see something that looks like a prop laying around don't be afraid to touch it.

■ INTERACTING DURING the PRESENTATION
You can alter the interaction more than described in the simple operation described above:
▶ To pause the writing mid-way press the "Explain Board" button. Your avatar will stop drawing and present the material that has been drawn so far.
▶ To pause the writing & answer a question (by writing on the board) press the "Answer Qs" button. Your avatar will be presented a text box into which you can type the text you want written on the board.

■ ADVANCED OPERATION
The buttons with titles surrounded in "[ ]" characters are not animation choices, but rather they are configurable options:
[Toggle Chat] Toggle nearby chat on and off.
[GET HELP] Sends the Help notecards, the in-world store Landmark and other important information.
[COLOR] Presents you with a series of chalkboard colors (e.g. Black, Green).
[LOAD TEXT] Presents you with menu assisted functionality that allows you to add and remove board notecards.
[TIMER] Allows you to alter the write speed of each board (the time it takes to completely draw the board). You may select from several choices.
✔ Note: The board is left displayed until you choose to erase it.
✔ Note: The erase time is proportionate to the amount of text on the board (as it would be in RL)
[RESIZE] Presents you with menu assisted resize functionality.
[ADJUST] Provides a menu assisted avatar position adjustment. The adjustments are saved for each avatar, and restored when they come back to use the board.
✔ Note: The Owner will be provided an intermediate menu allowing either security or pose adjustments to be made.
Configurable Shadow: Touching the easel shadow while you are seated will move the shadow to one of four (4) cardinal positions, and off; allowing you to make a choice that best fits the lighting or window placement of your venue.

From time to time a builder will come along who really gets the whole realism thing. I am not only talking about the way something looks. But the interaction with the items the create not only the Role Play within SL but also the ability to live within SL by creating immersion I think we all crave. Well the products at this particular wonderful store completely without fault does this for me. And I know it would for you. If you crave these things as I do you must really visit this store in world to try the examples in world. But with that said the Interactive Chalkboard is a functional, wonderful, fun interactive experience not to mention useful. This can be used for so much. If you want to teach your friends something then you can use this to do that. Again you can interact with others with this board. They can ask questions and you can answer them right through the board. Let’s say you are a teacher for example and you want to write a lesson plan for your students. Just prepare your note cards and drop them in. It’s so simple so easy and so much fun. Things get lost in public chat. Here they can take their own notes on what they see written on the board. Not needing to dig into your inventory and handing out note cards to everyone. This is such a pain to do but this board fixes that problem. I mean really.... how boring is it to just hand over note card which also clutter up your screen to view. And then you ask did anyone even read the not cards you sent? Well with this board its right here in front of them. And everyone in t he class can read it in real time. It saves so much time and increased interactivity. Again I encourage you to try this board other products there in world at their store so you can see for yourself. I really think you will love the items there. So many options to choose form! And the customer service is wonderful, fast and responsive if you should need them. I know you will enjoy board just like do. Thank you builder!
A REALLY GREAT PRODUCT
This chalkboard, or should I say these chalkboards, are really awesome. The only real effort needed by the user is to prepare the notecards for placing in the Contents tab. Because of the restrictions on length of sentence, paragraph etc making very careful preparation necessary, I have settled on using the answer questions option for displaying my lectures sentence by sentence.
My only criticism of this product is that the menu comes up every time you need to write, erase or anything else, and does not delete itself. Instead it builds up and up, one over the other, until you finish, then you have to delete dozens of menus individually. It's very annoying. I wonder if there is any way to avoid this.
Otherwise I have no gripe at all. It's a great chalkboard and even the added touch of being able to move the shadow so that it doesn't show through the wall behind into the next room, for example, is a great idea. And they are copy, too, so that you can have one in each classroom.
I'm very happy with my purchase.
