[JRF] Starbase - Svarog Class

The Svarog class starbase was a hallmark of the late golden era of Starfleet logistics, often referred to as 'pocket bases', it was rare for more than a few dozen Starfleet personnel and/or civilians to serve aboard these stations. Despite this, they were fairly comfortable, featuring ample living space and facilities, if but for a distinct lack of an on board holodeck. The bases were deployed as relay stations or listening posts for the most part, but the trio of shuttle bays allowed other purposes such as localized logistics hubs, shuttle rest stops and a port for weary travelers of smaller vessels to dock and take a respite within.

This Mod/Copy Full Build Starbase is a remastered version of the old [JRF] Svarog class starbase, it's furniture and some models in the build switched out for more modern versions, as well as a complete script overhaul to the Gen 10 package of S3. This gives it the features of:
-Combat effects and a combat encounters system allowing for simulation of ship to ship combat.
-RP style Comms simulation.
-Shipwide Power functionality effects, controlled via a tree network of global to relay to node level signals.
-Passive, Active and probe scans, allowing RP style feeding of data to players.
-Deflector effects for shields, and a number of exotic use effects.
-Controllable doors, forcefields, localized alerts and dynamic forcefield creation.
-In depth Admin controls that allow DMs or allowed users to control the back end and meta effects of all of the above.

Please note, that as this is a remastered version of an old build, it was impractical / impossible to include some features standard to S3 Gen 10. These include ODN computer effects, damage effects and Life support effects.

-Svarog class build rezzer, designed for optimal use in a quarter region parcel (128m x 128m, 1951LI)
-2 replacement skyboxes for the build, one at 256m size, and the other at 512m size.
-Several cheat sheets for builder/modding/DM/Admin use detailing build node/chunk IDs and various effect IDs pertaining to skybox and viewscreen use.
-Detailed README documents explaining how to deploy the build and general operation / modification of the [S3] package that powers the build.
-Exterior Docking port adapters that can be used to switch the default Svarog docking ring ports, for the more standard Starfleet round style.
