A shell to cover your floors and allow you to choose new floor textures for each room separately..
Menu on HUD lets you choose between quite a few included textures.
It is mod, so you can also add your own textures, just edit face. (each room is a separate face)

Easy to use, well made, many nice textures included. Good price too!
However, the lack of well defined physics means you can't build on the floors. But easy enough to rez outside and drag in. ;-)
