LR LIGHTHOUSE with WEATHERVANE 2011 edition

FULL PACKAGE, building, lamp and weathervane, packed in a rezer.

At RL lighthouse turns on at least 1 hour before sunset and turns off 1 hour after dawn.

LIGHTHOUSE with WEATHERVANE
2011 Edition, rebuilt and retextured. Now include doors (but is less prims) rezer has been rewriten and beams are 44m long.

Turns on/off light smoothly on sunset and sunrise, no more lighthouses lighting by day!

Weathervane points nord and shows SL wind direction.

Menu controlled lamp, diferent rotating direction, speed and beam color. Can be turned ON/OFF/AUTO and set to OWNER/GROUP/ALL/AVATARS LIST with password if desired.

Works with REGION time:
OFF: rotation, lamp, light and beams: OFF (Use this setting if your region is fixed day time)
ON: rotation, lamp, light and beams: ON (Use this setting if your region is fixed night time)
AUTO: Turns on/off light smoothly on sunset and sunrise
At sunset: rotation ON, lamp ON, then beams becames full visible smoothly while darkness come
At sunrise: beams become fully invisible smoothly, then lamp OFF, rotation OFF

REZZING INSTRUCTIONS

1 - Rez the LR Lighthouse packed rezzer. Put it in the general area where you want your build to be.

2 - Clic on it, then clic "rez" at the menu. The rezzer will rez each of the objects comprising the lighthouse, and they'll move to their appropriate positions.

3 - Move the rezzer to position your build. It may take up to 1 second for the pieces to set their new positions and rotations after moving the rezzer. If you just can't get it right and give up, clic 'abort' at the menu, to make all the child scripts delete the objects they're in. Then rez and start again :)

4 - Once your build is where you want it, clic 'cleanup' at the menu. The child scripts will delete themselves, remove the position/rotation information from their object descriptions, and remove the " [PackMe]" tag from their object names. The rezer will be deleted also.

5 - Locking de doors:
Touching at the lighthouse's floor will bring you up a menu. Select All, Group members or only owner.

ADJUSTING THE WEATHERVANE

Touch the base, it will rezz the vane and rotate to show correct orientation.
Touch the W/E letters to change to: O/E W/O according with your language ;)
Touch the N/S letters to start/stop a particle emitter that also show SL wind direction, to check the vane is working correctly.

Say /99 menu to pop up the authoritation menu

Authoritation menu:

you can set who is allowed to adjust the spotlight. Authoritation level can be set to: All, Avatar list, Group, Owner.
If you choose Avatar access list, you can set a password and then avatars who knows the password can add themselves to the database (good if you have some alts, i.e.)
2 ways to do it: Chat commands and menu dialog

You only give permission to adjust the lamp, not to use the authoritation menu or chat commands, only owner can change the authoritation level.

Menu will always adjust only one unit, even if you use chat command to pop it up. Each unit that are in range and receive the order will show its own menu dialog.
