The Old Factory is a multipurpose rustic red brick and concrete, vintage building, for roleplay purposes, could be use for Vintage Factory, Club, Old masonry, Barn, Warehouse, artists gallery, house etc.

-High quality custom mesh

-I offer it in four versions (all included)
Empty Factory, with large mezzanine 100 prims Land Impact total
Factory, with large mezzanine plus stage 102 prims Land Impact total
Factory, with large mezzanine plus 4 industrial lamps 101 prims Land Impact total
Factory, with large mezzanine plus stage plus 4 industrial lamps 103 prims Land Impact total

-The Footprint is approx. 33 x 26 x 19, with large mezzanine useful for any usage

The lamps are on-off scripted by notecard in case you want to modify them, and the doors use Kool Door system.

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scrips of the kool doors, that dont permit modification.
