This is a new 6 item series covering buildings at the Japanese edo period.
This third building is a two level house with separate areas (downstairs shop area with storage and backdoor and upstairs a small apartment with one large room, kitchen corner and a separate little room). It has a LI of 57, an initial foot print of 10x10m (like all other items have of this serious to make arranging more easy) and comes with high details and fine textures. Like all *M^2* products it comes with COPY + MODIFY permissions. So you can adjust it to your needs.
