Here comes a new model of our Japanese bungalow series.
It consists of the two main parts which are connected with pergola with windows and curtains against the sun-light. The building have doors to step into the garden or move to the other part. The garden features Japanese flair with the gates, the stepping stones, the bamboo sticks and is surrounded to two sides with wooden fences.
It has a LI of 56 and a foot print of 25x25m. Like always you have COPY and MOD permissions to customize it to your wishes. Perfect summer or autumn hide out!

Nice build but what seriously lets it down is the whole things phantom , uncheck and you can't get inside , really hope all the others are not like this
