This urban shop building comes with a LI of just 28 (+3 LI if you use the ad boards). It's initial foot print is 5 x 11m. It is COPY + MODIFY and you can customize it to your needs (including the textures of course!).
It has a managers office and a show room part. Both rooms are separated by a door. By purpose the show room has segmented glass doors/windows, which - thanks to MOD-permissions - you can remove or open.
The show room has a glass ceiling so the products show here are in best lights.

Lovely, low impact
Great looking little building, fit perfectly in a snug spot in my Japanese themed build without eating up a bunch of prims!
