The Martha's Vineyard II has 135 prims not including the detachable 5-prim pool area, and a 30X 43 m footprint not including the 10 x 30 pool area.
It has sculpted stairs and mesh doors, plus outside windows that close on touch, displaying curtains from the outside. Some porch trim is mesh.

Love it other than the pool
I just finished setting up this house for me and my partner and I love it. My only complaint is trying to get the pool set to a depth that you can use it with. I tried to terraform my land and that didn't fix the issue either.

This house is amazing! I have owned several houses in SL, but none can compare to this one. I love the textures and open layout.
