MARTHA'S VINEYARD II COTTAGE / HOUSE Part Mesh

The Martha's Vineyard II has 135 prims not including the detachable 5-prim pool area, and a 30X 43 m footprint not including the 10 x 30 pool area.

It has sculpted stairs and mesh doors, plus outside windows that close on touch, displaying curtains from the outside. Some porch trim is mesh.

PLEASE NOTE: The house has been newly updated; the main pic shows the updated mesh doors and porch trim.

Also included are copyable and modifiable:

*Security panel -- open contents for instructions (can only be used by the land owner)
* ceiling fan - mesh
* hanging light fixture,
* sculpted open-close curtains for privacy
