Tired of tacky-looking rental signs? Add some class to your sim with the Metamorph For Rent Sign. Interested renters just touch the sign to get a message from you with details about the rental!
To personalize the notecard they receive, just right click on the For Rent Sign and choose Edit. In the Contents tab, double click on the Property For Rent notecard to open it up. Make your changes and hit Save, and you're done! It's that simple.

not worth it
I got it because I loved how it looked and well dissapointed its 99 linden and not copyable now to find another one -sighs-
Nothing what I expected, it doesn't even give the function of a normal rent box and it has broken scripts inside very disappointed for 99 linden this should also been copyable.. I asked the creator for a refund but have received no reply so far. Lets hope they are at least honest. I will write back when and if I ever receive my refund.
