Welcome to this Modern Luxury Office & Warehouse.

This original building has 4 office spaces, with a reception desk, lounge area, a main office and a CEO office.

It also has spacious warehouse storage that could be utilised in a variety of ways. Perhaps to house
tier boxes, servers/hosts or land rental/sale displays.

This structure has a footprint of roughly 28x50m, and has been built with 200 prims, everything included,
it fits on parcels from 2048sqm or larger.

The structure itself counts 101 prims including doors and with the furniture adds 67 prims. I have also included
mirrored effects furniture which is 32 prims.

This Office comprises 2 floors and connecting stairs.

The doors are lockable and more avatars can be added to their security.

The sofas are fully animated and menu driven.

The desk chairs have a typing animation which can be activated by sitting.

Everything is copy and modify.

SETTING UP YOUR STRUCTURE:

This structure comes in Rez Faux, place your rezbox in the middle of your parcel (to prevent parts being returned, this happens when a part ends up outside of your parcel borders) and click Rez, the structure now appears and jumps into place. You can now select the rezbox and move it around or rotate it, the structure will move along. Once you're satisfied you may take the rezbox.
