The Vintage Mesh Shop Building Facts:
Land impact is 34 Prims unfurnished and 53 prims furnished
Footprint is 13 x 10 meters. Perfect for small plot or rental.
Easily resizable. Prim count will increase or decrease depending on size.
Note** The builds textures have shadows baked in, but can be easily re-textured.

Please be aware with linking and unlinking mesh prims can increase the prim count.
Inside of the store and furnishings have "Full Bright" turned on. Outside has it turned off to take advantage of in-world lighting.
I have used Caspertech rez system with instruction's as build consists of linked sections.

Nice building, but very big, for giants, so you may need to scale it down (don't forget that thin prim on the stairs).
Also a shame that doors and stair banisters are not included.
