The Mega Boutique is a custom quality built mesh building with a low prim count. Easy to modify and retexture.

The Mega Boutique has a land impact of 116 prims unfurnished and 246 with display furniture. Both versions included and all display furniture is modify copy!

Dimensions approximately 87 feet wide By 63 Deep, I would recommend a land size of 5500 square meters.

Please be aware of unlinking and linking mesh prims as they can increase the prim count.

The inside of the furnished version has "Full Bright" turned on and the unfurnished build has full bright off, feel free to modify as you have copy and modify permission.

Shadow maps are baked into the textures but some walls are tinted with color for easy customization.

The build is easily re-textured, but if you require the shadow maps please feel free to send me an IM.
