This emitter is one of my older, budget conscious balloon falls.
What's new?
The ball is NOW visible so it is easier to edit,
Much brighter and clearer graphics!
How do you control it?
Balloons side is dark purple, confetti side is light mauve.
To start the effect, right click on the ball on both sides and choose "touch"
To stop the effect also right click on the ball and choose "touch"
If you choose only balloons....touch on the purple half. Like wise, touch either side to stop or start the animation.
The mauve side controls the confetti and streamers, The purple side controls the balloons.
That simple.

This is a really nice item. Emits lots of multi coloured ballooons and streamers and I like that you can switch either balloons or streamers on and off. Absolutely perfect for my recent carnical sets. Thank you!
