I know, 221 are bunch of prims, but while building I couln't stop decorating. But you get the building completely modifyable, so you may delink as many of the decoration as you want and can save nearly 3/4 of the used prims! :-)
This gas station and vehicel repair offers you:
- a sales room with a grocery cooler, an ice freezer, two coolers/freezers for drinks and frozen food, a cigarette vendor and a cash register, of course
- a complete empty office room, just a safe is included (the rights are set to owner/NC here)
- a storage rooom with two shelves and two freezers
- a very small toilet
- a small kitchen
- a locker room
- a highly decorated workshop with two places for car repairs and a bike-repair-station
- a complete gas station outside the building.
All in all you'll need a footprint of 35*33m.
