Great office building; it is exactly as described. The included teleport system works well and is easy to use. The current floor is highlighted on the teleport pad so you always know where you are in the building.
It rezzes easily. You get a small "model" of the building to work with. When the model is placed you can then rez the entire building and the model's will become the center of the new building. It also has a temporary "footprint" that you can use before rezzing so you can see exactly where the building will go.
Also, note that the entrance to your building is on the narrow side, not the wide side. You will need to place your building so that the narrow side is accessible.
Finally, for such a low-prim building it looks great.
