{OBD} QUAINT COTTAGE

The Quaint Cottage is one of our newest addition the the {OBD} line of homes. This gorgeous, cozy cottage has so many features you are sure to love.

It is an adorable 1 room cottage with 3 different versions for you to choose from, a huge bay window in the front for lots of added attraction, detail and light..also with a rustic stone stoop on the front wrapped in cottage stone!

The 3 versions included in this purchase are consisting of:

-Quaint Cottage w/ Stone [with & w/out Snow]
-Quaint Cottage White [with & w/out Snow]
-Quaint Cottage Blue [with & w/out Snow]

I've added so many extra's for you!

There is a front entrance with a hanging Victorian lamp that also with one click lights your way home!

I've added a snowy rock path that you may copy and mod to make it longer or smaller!

There is also a Christmas themed lantern for outside or in, with red baubles inside the lantern and a green candle you may diffuse by clicking the flame!

I added a snowy log pile for you to place wherever you wish snuggled inside a log container!

You also have the option to use the adorable little Christmas tree with snow droplets all over it as well as the baubles and decor hung on the branches and it features blinking color lights too!

I included a winter mailbox with snow at the bottom and a snowy exterior & I added 2 different versions of the front door which for the blue house there is a white door w/ wreath and one without! As well as the stone and the white version - they both have the red door with and without wreath included!

It's like getting 3 houses for the price of 1!!! :)

There is also a holiday garland with a big red bow and berry picks throughout, you have the option to click on the greenery of the garland to make it normal or snowy!

The pencil pines that surround the front porch you also have the option to click, for them to be snow filled or normal!

I even added a fireplace that comes with a screen and fireplace tools. The fire can be turned on and off when touching the logs!

Lastly, there is a smoking chimney that you can click the smoke off just by touching the very top inside of the chimney!

Packing a landscaped front stoop, complete with rock path, stone walls surrounding the cottage's porch, and small winter pine trees topped with lil snow mounds.. placed on rich soil with rocks and grass throughout, this home is sure to lighten up your neighborhood or sim with its beauty!

There are so many intricate details on this home you won't be disappointed!
