thank you for viewing our Observatory with annex.
The observatory is a typical building from the late 18th century. Our building was inspired by a World Heritage Observatory in Stockholm.
Built 1753 renovated, and rebuilt several times in the 19th century.
From 1756 through to modern times it has also been used as meteorological observation station and holds the world record for the longest unbroken meteorological records.
The central tower is a unique building and has many interesting technical details. Some of which we have reproduced in our model.
The research observatory was moved 1921 south of Stockholm and the Stockholm observatory building is now a museum.
This would make for a very unique home, display or exhibition center, or gallery.
The doors are scripted, as well as the 4 dome hatches. The lower part of the upper stairs to the balcony can pivot upward, to make more floor space. Simply click on it as you would a door,
*NOTE*
If you take your Observatory back into your inventory please ensure the sliding doors are closed or the script for these doors will brake . ( Always best to always keep an original copy anyway)
* No telescopes are not included.
