Koi fish are mostly solitary though often they co-exist in groups.
This kit will enable you to make singular koi fish with random, free-swimming behaviour.
Each fish is only 1LI and contains 2 scripts per fish (to operate)
This kit also includes a Koi fish pair (Mother and baby koi) which is 1Li and contains 2 scripts per pair (to operate)
Some advanced building experience will be necessary only if you wish to further personalise your fish. Otherwise making these fish is quite simple and straightforward but requires basic editing skills.
BASIC GUIDE
Step One : REZ SMART WATER BOX
Position and resize this object to fit your tank or pond.
Step Two : RESET SMART WATER BOX TO NEW POSITION BY TOUCH
Touch the smart water box after you've adjusted it to your needs. This resets the scripts.
Step Three : REZ FISH WITHIN YOUR SMART WATER BOX
Your fish will move into position and prompt you in local chat.
Step four : TOUCH FISH TO START SWIM
Once your fish start swimming you can remove the smart water box.
Details :
Smart Water Box (SWB) comes as a coalesced (soft linked) object.
This consists of the SWB and an example fish to show you where you need to put your fish.
This example fish will self delete.
SMOOTH ANIMATION
Included in your kit are two animating aids preloaded with the fish UV's.
They both do the same job but have different land impact.
Mesh version is 0.5 LI
Prim version is 1.0 LI
Place either aid within rendering distance of your fish and touch to turn transparent. Touch again to make this object reappear.
TRANSFERRING YOUR FISH TO OTHER PARTIES
If you are including these fish in your build to redistribute, you must follow the terms and conditions of license.
You may not transfer your fish as a kit included with your build.
You must also provide your own technical support for fish authored by you in your own creations.

Just Perfect!
These Koi are exactly how they are described and easy to set up with the very useful instructions which are included. The fish are almost like “real” fish swimming (not round and round in a rotate motion) and I can’t stop looking at them. I was looking for something like this to finish off a build and when I found these I was so pleased. They are just perfect and exactly what I wanted. Great work thank you!

I put these fellows in the river I'd made and set them up according to the directions. It's really easy, honest!
1) Put the box down and resize it .. this is the limit of their range.
2) Put the fish down.
3) Touch the fish.
4) Done!
