17 1/2 South Street was a real building in lower manhattan New York,
though its original location was at 25 Coenties Slip,
around the corner, and was originally a community book co-op.

It has been recreated with a shop space,
a single level apartment / tenant space on the 2nd floor,
with decoy floors were placed on the 3rd & 4th floor.
