Great product
It works perfectly and easily. All you need is the avatar's key to display his or her profile pic and online status. The only reason I did not give it five stars, and this is a very minor thing, is that the avatar's name does not display on the board. It does display once the profile pic is touched, however. This is only an issue if the customer does not know what the avatar looks like they would like to contact, should they be in a business to speak with one particular associate.
Also, it would be nice if "online" and "offline" were displayed in solid letter and not outlines. It would show better.
Buy it. It's a very good product.
