The "Sight" is a sleek, airy one bedroom loft style penthouse apartment skybox featuring a glass courtyard at its heart.
Designed with a somewhat open-concept layout, interior doors have been omitted as not to disrupt the flow of the space while still offering clearly defined rooms to ensure privacy where it matters.

PBR Note:

Due to engine limitations the PBR version requires that you use a sky setting that has "probe ambiance" set to zero (we've included a bunch). More on that inside the box!

Layout:

This apartment is divided into three distinct areas: the living space, the bedroom suite, and the glass-enclosed courtyard.

The living area begins with a stylish entryway featuring a decorative burnished metal elevator door.
It opens into the living room, which boasts large half-moon-shaped windows that fill the space with natural light. A custom built-in shelving unit separates the living room from the kitchen that lays just beyond.

The bedroom suite includes a hallway with an additional built-in shelving unit, leading to an intimate sleeping area centered around an elegant fireplace. You'll also find a closet fitted with ceiling-mounted clothing racks and backlit chrome shelving.
The main bathroom is connected to the bedroom area and includes a built-in sink, a designated space for a bathtub or shower, and a discreet nook for a toilet (or anything else you'd like to put there).

The pebble-lined courtyard, accessible from the living room, provides a stunning sight line from the living area all the way to the bedroom.
To enhance your experience we've included 2 optional HUD operated privacy glass options
Option 1: One-way makes only the inside of the courtyard opaque, allowing you to look into the courtyard while blocking the bedroom from view.
Option 2: Fully opaque, which makes both sides of the glass opaque.
You can of course also opt to keep the glass transparent, which is how it looks best in our opinion! :)

As always, the skybox comes with a Details HUD which includes a few different customizing options for you to play with!

Full and half texture resolution versions are included with this skybox, with the latter being designed to prevent lag and/or texture thrashing on lower spec systems.
