This is a 40 x 40 Island (actually smaller because some of it's underwater) meant to seem like its further away than it really is because of the way its textured.
It's only 3 prims and will be a great enhancement for your waterfront land! Just move it out into the water as far as it will go!

Great distant fill in
HS needed some background on the water so this does nicely for cost effectiveness. The water can be edited using textures provided in the file menus and it can be stretched. Only issue is that the water is not moving putting in a motion script makes it look a little strange so I'll keep it motionless for now once the right rotation method is found. Pretty decent if you need to watch the budget.
