The design of these shops are based on a Mediterranean style you see often in Spain and Italy. Different from the Mallorca styled shops, the Palma shops are a bit more poshy! You can imagine to see these shop along distinctive avenues or at the Ramblas. The stained windows, the arches, the it gives all a look and feel of warm and sunny days and invites to enter and shop till you drop! This shop is very detailed but still has a relative low land impact.
HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
Palma 3 has a footprint of 58 x 22 m. It has a land impact of 139. You find 3 shops in this building. One medium size shop in the middle and 2 smaller shops on the sides. If required you can connect these shops and make one shop of it by taking out or shrinking the connecting walls. All floors and walls can textured separately, so no fear to demolish the design in the next-door shop. The shop is modify so you can change things to your liking and make nice combinations with the other Palma shops to create a nice shopping area.

For a good performance to see the house also from a bit of a distance Please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on 4 or higher. Preferable is 8.
You do that in ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to debugsettings. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 8
