The design of these shops are based on a Mediterranean style you see often in Spain and Italy. Different from the Mallorca styled shops, the Palma shops are a bit more poshy! You can imagine to see these shop along distinctive avenues or at the Ramblas. The stained windows, the arches, the it gives all a look and feel of warm and sunny days and invites to enter and shop till you drop! This shop is very detailed but still has a relative low land impact.
HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
Palma 4 has a footprint of 24 x 24 m. It has a land impact of 38. You have 2 floors to display your merchandise. You can switch between the two floors by a self configurating teleporter. Those 2 pads are not linked to the shop and you can move them to a spot you like in your shop. Within one minute the new location is detected and you can teleport safe and sound back and forwards. The shop is modify so you can change things to your liking and make nice combinations with the other Palma shops to create a nice shopping area.

ATTENTION!!!
For a good performance to see the house also from a bit of a distance Please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on 4 or higher. Preferable is 8.
You do that in ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to debugsettings. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 8
