The design of these shops are based on a Mediterranean style you see often in Spain and Italy. Different from the Mallorca styled shops, the Palma shops are a bit more poshy! You can imagine to see these shop along distinctive avenues or at the Ramblas. The stained windows, the arches, the it gives all a look and feel of warm and sunny days and invites to enter and shop till you drop! This shop is very detailed but still has a relative low land impact.

HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
Palma 7 has a footprint of 42 x 40 m. It has a land impact of 158. You will find 2 shops in this build. A smaller and a larger one. They are connected but you can separate them easily with a wall. The larger shop has two floors. The second floor has an open void in the middle so people can see from down below what merchandise is on second floor. The second floor you can reach by easy-to-walk-on stairs. The glass window in the roof takes care of extra light. The shop is modify so you can change things to your liking and make nice combinations with the other Palma shops to create a nice shopping area.

You do that in ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to debugsettings. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 8
