This is an Off Sim Land Extension for your waterfront land. This is perfect for those of you who have waterfront property and want some privacy or to block ugly views. The version is about 60 Meters wide, and fits perfectly on 4096 sized plots. It's Mod so you can make it smaller (Due to Prim Distance Limits you can't make it any bigger). I also sell a 30 Meter wide version thats exactly the same as this
for those who are inexperienced at modifying objects.
